With addition of Health First, Urgent Care Group now operates six urgent care centers in the Charleston area and eleven centers in South Carolina under the Health First and MEDcare brands. Health first’s four (4) Charleston area centers are located in Summerville, West Ashley, Mt. Pleasant, and North Charleston, and offer fast and reliable healthcare services for patients.
