Terry Campbell has more than 20 years of experience in developing and optimizing operations from the ground up. At Urgent Care Group (UCG), Terry manages payor contracting, provider credentialing, and oversees the company’s outsourced revenue cycle functions.
Terry’s background includes facilities management which has honed her experience in a broad range of operational areas, from staffing, human resources, inventory, software, front office operations and back office operations, to integration and implementation of acquired offices and newly formed offices. Terry was co-founder and Senior Vice President of Operations for one of the nation’s leading ambulatory surgery billing and management companies, giving her extensive knowledge with medical coding, billing, collections, and analytics.
