In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer of United Urology Group, Matt spearheaded numerous organizational initiatives focused on operational efficiencies, enhancing patient experiences, driving the organizations ambulatory surgery strategy and ancillary growth. His leadership was pivotal in building strong physician relationships and cohesive teams that worked synergistically to achieve enterprise-wide objectives. Prior to his tenure at United Urology Group, Matt served as Senior Vice President of Operations at WellStreet Urgent Care, where he played a critical role in the rapid execution of their COVID-19 strategy, showcasing his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results. Additionally, he has extensive experience in hospital systems, dialysis, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare consulting.
