Joe is responsible for Urgent Care Group’s growth via de novo real estate development, the evolution of inventory and facilities solutions, and the operationalization of new scalable growth strategies alongside his leadership colleagues.
Prior to Urgent Care Group, Joe began his career in urgent care in 2015 as a clinical leader and analyst at Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) by developing and directing employees in a new clinical role for several years. During that time, he discovered his passion for operations, change management, and project management. He assumed the role of real estate developer and project manager in TAUC’s de novo expansion from six to 27 locations in the greater St. Louis region from 2016-2021. Joe is excited to continue designing and implementing new growth strategies with Urgent Care Group.
Joe began his career in healthcare as a pharmacy technician and worked as an emergency department scribe. He is an avid snow skier whose preferred relaxation method after a long day is playing piano.
