Jeremy is an experienced senior human resources leader with more than 20 years in human resources and benefits management in multiple high-growth healthcare services companies. Jeremy leads the company’s human resources functions.
Most recently, Jeremy served as Director of Human Resources at SpecialtyCare, a leading provider of outsourced clinical services to hospitals and health systems. While at SpecialtyCare, Jeremy developed and implemented benefits programs for nearly 2,000 clinical associates in 40 states and was the HR Business Partner for all home office associates including the physician practice responsible for providing remote monitoring telemedicine services.
Prior to joining SpecialtyCare, Jeremy served in various human resources leadership roles at Renal Care Group (NYSE: RCI), the third largest provider of dialysis services at the time of its sale to Fresenius Medical Care. At SpecialtyCare and Renal Care Group, Jeremy was an important part of both companies’ significant acquisition transition and integration activities.
Jeremy also served as Benefits Specialist, Tractor Supply Co. (NASDAQ: TSCO), founded and operated his own lawn and landscape management company, and worked at J.C. Bradford & Co.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
