Brooke serves as the Director of Human Resources at Urgent Care Group, where she oversees HR strategy and supports the company’s workforce across all locations. Since joining the organization in 2016, Brooke has held progressive leadership roles, developing a strong understanding of both clinical and operational needs.
Throughout her tenure, Brooke has played a key role in strengthening HR operations, improving hiring and onboarding processes, and supporting leaders across the organization. She brings nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s people, culture, and operational priorities.
Brooke is passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and creating systems that support employee growth and engagement.
Brooke holds a SHRM-CP certification and earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Missouri.
