Maria is a marketing professional who has worked across multiple industries including healthcare, financial services, and education.
Maria began her career as a marketing strategy consultant, assisting financial institutions with market research centered on investigating how, when and why millennials buy different financial products. Her work was published nationally and recognized by multiple news sources including CNBC, Investment News and The Washington Post. Additionally, Maria has worked with multiple healthcare companies focusing on digital strategy, patient experience, and branding.
Most recently, Maria served as a teaching Instructor of Marketing at the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). During her time at MTSU she taught over 450 students and several different courses including Principles of Marketing, Promotional Strategy and Professional Selling. While at the Jones College of Business, Maria also spent time researching and publishing an academic paper about the evolution of political marketing in presidential campaigns.
Maria earned her Master’s in Business Administration and her Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University.
